I recently purchased a house and I wanted to convert my garage to make a living space for my brother. After interviewing multiple contractors for my ADU project, I finally found Level up home remodeling! ​Ellie and Nir are both very knowledgeable​ about the city codes and what needs to be done. One thing that really helped me make my decision about Nir was the fact that he noticed, and pointed out details that non of the other contractors even mentioned. That made me appreciate him more, and for the first time, I knew that this is someone that I can trust. The entire ADU conversion process went pretty smoothly and pain free. The first step after the appointment was to meet with the designer, he was very kind and patient. After I approved the design, they applied for a permit, and than they could start he job. The crew on the property soon became our friends, and I loved working with them and super happy with the impressive result. If you are looking for a good, decent contractor, Level up is the way to go.

We put an addition on to our home and it was a big project. I got the referral through a friend of mine from work. Ellie was pleasant to work with and always had our interest in mind throughout the project. Since our project required cassions and lots of metal steel beams it wasn’t a regular project we could just hand over to any general contractor. I guess I never really understood that hillside project required so much more time and attention. Add to that all the other professional involved like the inspectors, architect, engineers, soil guys, framers, foundation contractors, and more it kind of freaks you out. But im happy to say at the end, LEVEL UP took care of everything for us, and made the process as pleasant as possible. Now it looks like the addition was always there. You can hardly tell we added it on. Thank you guys for the hard work thank you Ellie!

I first had mold remediation done by another company that had high ratings on a well known users site. I went by the ratings, and started work with this other company. Not only did they fail multiple clearance tests but they did not honor the terms of the contract. I then worked with Restoration Xpress in Davie, Fl and the owners Issac and Charles, their staff and front desk have been nothing but professional, and kind. The clearance test was passed in the first attempt. Unfortunately I had another leak and needed another remediation, which passed in the first attempt as well. The crew of this company assisted me through each step of the way. I am grateful to have encountered such an efficient company!!

Mendy and his team were professional, reliable, and did excellent work. This was a pretty small project (putting in a wall and doorway where there wasn't one, painting a storage room) but they treated it with as much care as though it was huge! And when I noticed a few very minor items, Mendy made sure that they came back and adjusted things until i was completely satisfied. I look forward to hiring Level Up again in the future for some additional (larger!) projects. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a reliable contractor to build an addition to my home. They are many contractors in San Jose area and it was hard task to decide among them. I knew a couple of good companies but they were not available in acceptable time or couldn't do this project. Then my cousin told me about Level Up Home Remodeling, they built addition for him and I saw that work it was outstanding so I asked for my project. They gave me an estimate, it was fair and we signed a contract. It was a little complicated project, but Level Up managed to finish within a promised time and within a promised price. And they did an excellent work, I can't ask for more. 5 Stars!!

I appreciate hard work, I definitely saw that in Ellie and Nir . I was pleased with all the tedious work and professionalism. As I’m sure many people know Its very hard to find a trust worthy contractor, especially in the Bay Area . I searched on line for top rated contractors, I also got some recommendations from friends, but at the end of my search I contacted an old friend of mine who is an architect and does lots of high end homes in Palo Alto , and in Los Altos . He was a great help. He recommend Ellie and Nir and I trusted him and went with my gut instinct. I can't say enough wonderful things about LEVEL UP ! They completely remodeled my home from the floor to the roof, and from the front yard to the pool. The entire process took about a year, but well worth it. Ellie Saved me some money where he could (but he didn’t cut any corners) and was a great person to deal with. He was respectful and easy to work with. He had a lot of great contacts and gave me several great recommendations. We gutted the entire home and everything was redone, and I mean everything. Every rooms was redesigned to fit my needs. They also knocked down some walls wall to make it more of an open concept design. I always wanted a kitchen island and I was finally able to get one! The work was incredible! Everyone of them did everything possible to stick with my insane timeline. But the best part of working with Level Up to be their honesty and integrity. Trusting someone with your home is super scary! I am extremely picky. I want everything done in a certain way. Ellie is definitely a one of a kind contractor. I wanted certain things done specifically to my request and he delivered. If I found any flaws in anything or I wasn’t happy with something he had know problems accommodating me. What a relief to know I found someone I could finally count on.
